Check your PM box in a bit.....ResScan won't work with your machine though. I will send you something that will.
Also check out my signature line and threads about installing and using Sleepyhead software. It will also work with your machine.
ResScan which this thread here is about...only works with ResMed machines and will not work with your Respironics PR System One machine...Respironics uses a different software and that is what I will send you in a bit.

SleepyHead works with both the ResMed and the PR System One machines and is smaller, faster and easier to manage.
Make sure you get the files for download for the 0.9.3 Beta version that are dated May 19, 2013....those are the latest setup files but the website is pointing to an older version as the latest by mistake.

Probably a bug in the software...which version of SleepyHead are you using?
That known bug has been fixed (as far as I know) with the latest version.
Uninstall SleepyHead and get the setup files found here
http://sourceforge.net/projects/sleepyhead/files/
that say SleepyHead 0.9.3 Beta dated May 19, 2013...that version should fix the sleep hour issue.
You won't lose any old data...that is stored in MyDocuments folder and untouched by the uninstall.

I have downloaded SleepyHead but cannot figure out how to download the ResScan software. Can someone PM me or lead me in the right direction? Thanks so much!

Check your PM box....if you have issues still downloading/installing ResScan...let us know at what step you are having problems and any messages you are getting...and your computer specs.
