You made me pull the trigger and purchase one of these water pillows. Thank you very much.
Great!! I hope it works as well for you as it does for me! Now you just need a waterbed!
hahaha... I was on one for almost a decade before switching to a memory foam bed.

i have to use to king size pillows on top of each other due to having large lats and a big head. pillows go flat.i found foam pillows to work best. memory foam ones just seem to firm. i like my head to sink in about 30% into the pillow and not be hard and flat under my head.. im not to concerned with the slots for the cpap tubing as i use nasal pillows and the tube hangs from the top of my bedpost with enough slack for me to roll around just fine. a good pillow to support my spine would help also due to bad back pain

I sleep with a pillow under my thighs when I sleep to support my lower back - keeping it flat. I tried a lumbar pillow in bed and it actually did more harm than good. I tried the wedge that goes under the legs - but it was too high and I felt like my hips were dislocating by morning - so the pillow under my thighs work very well.

If you go up to the Search line and put in "Mediflow" and then "Chiroflow", you will find many posts (quite a few of them by me) going back to 2005 and 2006.......by people who have liked them (they're basically the same pillow).
I was using a Chiroflow pillow for many years before I started this therapy and it has worked out great for me after I started using CPAP therapy.

Just wanted to say, thank you again. It's been about a week now on the Mediflow and I'm lov'n it! Took a little time to get the level set, but 5 quarts seems to be perfect.
