I'm having the same problem with fit. I think the 3 sizes are poor options for many. The small is really a petite and the med/small is really a small, so there is no medium, which is apparently what I need because the large is hugh. I can't believe that there are more people who need the smallest one than there are people who need a true medium in between what they are calling the the small/med and the large. I snipped a little at the bottom of the sm/medium but it still partially blocks one side. The large is totally too large, leaks at the top and blows into my eyes. Respironics needs to get with it.

I agree. My nose is a large but not exceptionally large. About the same size as that of many of my male friends. The Large fits me when I first lay down but there is no margin for error. As soon as the top slips upward a tiny centimeter or two, the bottom begins to partially block off my nostrils, forcing me to tug it down many times during the night to try to keep breathing comfortably.

An older thread but still some timely and good info within. I agree with the above quote. With such a personal thing as individual nose sizes and the various wide ranges, it's a shame they didn't make at least four sizes (even their current three sizes are poorly planned out, IMO). However, when a Wisp nasal mask does happen to fit (mostly due to luck), it is a wonderful thing to behold... especially when used in conjunction with the appropriate Padacheek liner.
