You will want to choose the last link at the bottom of the list.
If your machine is a Respironics DreamStation model...don't bother...9.8.1xxx won't work with the DreamStation machines. If you can't get happy with the latest SleepyHead version and are using a DreamStation then your only choice is Encore Pro and it's a huge PITA to install and use.
It would help if you would add your equipment to your profile so we don't have to wonder what machine you are using.
