So their site didn't just go down, they actually removed the files from Sourceforge yesterday!

I can see what an asset it would be for someone like Fitbit.
As they have the stability to maintain a cloud service;
for a decent price, they could probably sell a bunch of subscriptions.
And even develop new products.

Thanks for the file names and checksums. I finally found the files at the Polytechnic University in Namibia. They apparently mirror SourceForge.

I couldn't find any record of Zeo or Axon (their former name) in any bankruptcy court. Maybe they didn't file for bankruptcy and instead the investors shut it down and sold off the assets privately. In that case I don't think there would be any public record.

That would also explain why the shutdown was so quiet.

Can somebody please answer this question by a newbie: if I buy an unused the older bedside version of the Zeo, will I be able to get three months use out of the sensors and will I be able to view and store the hypnograms on a PC if I follow all the instructions published on these forums?

I would get about 3 months on the headband sensors, I think. I haven't used mine in a while. They have metalized fabric in the pads and over time (use) the metal would slowly wear away. I bought a few sensor packs off of Amazon shortly after Zeo went kaput. I use my Zeo sometimes as a 3 lead EKG to observe cardiac arrhythmias using the "Zeo Scope" software. It actually works and shows more detail than a normal EKG but one has to develop a bit of a skill to interpret what is going on in the signal. By observing a bit I could recognize PACs vs. PVCs vs. more serious arrythmias I've never used the Zeo Viewer, so I don't know about that.

Tolerant, I've been able to get about 180 days use from one set of sensor pads. There are instructables on the web for making new ones, if need be.
