Somebody earlier suggested doing the easy stuff first: that would include Zeo, changing settings, controlling leaks etc. I call it the low hanging fruit. However, the really frustrating part of CPAP is that there can be multiple issues going on, all intertwined to create your daytime weariness problem. Consider daily meds, lack of deep sleep, junk food, reaction to food additives, diabetes, thyroid, lack of muscle tone etc... as you can see this list goes on and on. IMO, it's good to have an engaged doctor and to also take ownership of your own welfare.
I know that all this is easier said than done, however I consider this course of action to be my new lifelong hobby (albeit, not a very fun one). My goal is to get well and to sleep soundly, therefore I willing to put in the time and do the homework as required. From your posts, It sounds like you are smart and committed to the struggle, so I think you will do well with this therapy. If you feel like doing some hand-wringing or just plain bragging, feel free come back to let us know what's going on.
