If it were me I think I might try 8 cm minimum to start with. I never want to use more pressure than I absolutely have and going up slowly is easier to get used to anyway. 9 cm would probably work also but I just like to start lower and work up slowly unless there is a critical need (like AHI of 10.2 )
Up to you though.
I have found that often once the minimum is set more effectively the maximum sometimes comes down and with that the % number also reduces.
The increase in the minimum does a better overall job of preventing airway tissue collapse and thus decreases the likelihood of something developing that might need more pressure.
Check out this thread. Great example. A different machine and report but I think you will easily see what I mean.
Respironics report...they use 90 % number instead of 95 % but the definition is the same.

Actually, 4-20 means it was not set up. That's the default setting, and I wouldn't even use it as a starting point for self titration.
