Hi Jedimark, I had nasal surgery a number of years ago for Rhinitis (general restriction of airflow). It involved the ENT doctor using wire probes way up in the nasal passages, completing an electrical circuit and burning the soft tissue as the wire was withdrawn ... over and over again. This causes the tissue to "scar back" out of the way ... to provide a more clear passageway for air. Done in the operating room. They numb you for this procedure. Still uncomfortable. A couple of weeks of pretty severe pain after ... but ... in my case, well worth it. I would estimate that it increased my nasal airflow by 70-80%. And it has never reverted back ... still very good.
