Wow. . .I think I'm in shock.

Zeo's 'coaching' on their sleep coach is working!

Maybe they are reorganizing? **hope**

Did any part of there site stop working? Thought ot had been running all along. If something came back up that was down... would be a good sign towards keeping the site up.

The Coach page wasn't working. It wouldn't let you change the setting to coach - and the emails you get with it to move into coaching never came. It would time out and put up an error notice. It was like that for at least the last month. Now it's working again.

I don't know. Seems Zeo is keeping us guessing. . . lol. Building suspense? Maybe they have something up their sleeve after all.

I found this today... I have been wondering for a while why their blog hasn't been updated.

I hope its not true, or they find a company to take them over..

Just a thought: since the online presence is an asset, they may be barred by the bankruptcy court and the creditors
from shutting it down. It may also be why coaching is back--to satisfy the court and to stay out of trouble.

If you have a Zeo or find one used, do you need the web site? Can you install and use the software without the web site?

Yes. If you will look through these posts, I posted the link to the unlock key and the program so that you can use it on your computer without the site.

I'm working right now, so can't go find it for you, but if you can't find it, I'll direct you to it as soon as I am off for the day.

I believe you have to have the bedside zeo with the data card for this:

http://zeodecoderview.sourceforge.net/

I haven't set it up on my computer, yet, some of the language is foreign to me, so I wanted my husband to help me with it, but he's been incredibly busy lately. I hope to get it up and running before the weekend is out.

Arch, here's a thread that discusses it. https://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=72950
Note that it applies to the Bedside unit only. I haven't seen a method to directly capture the mobile unit data.

I just put the offsite viewer on my computer. I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see if it works since I had to clear my card in the process. I'm hoping I can still use the online site with it as well. .. I want the computer program as a back up.

It may be able to use the mobile devices if the mobile device data can download to a computer through the usb cable or onto the computer then on to a zeo data card. . . just an idea - have no idea whether that will actually work or not.

I've tried other data cards in the past - doesn't work, it seems the zeo like's it's own data cards.

If Zeo are looking for a buyer then maybe Mr Goodman might be interested

Personally i think the Zeo was overpriced initially at its launch and during the initial period of high publicity. Wasnt the bedside unit priced at $399?
I definitely recall thinking i would want one but decided it was too expensive. I eventually pulled the trigger at around the $100 mark.

If they would have priced it lower initially, gained a larger customer base and hence more revenue from the replacements parts it could have been a different story.

Me, I've just purchased a 3 pack of replacement head bands on Amazon for $50

I have 9 spare headbands for my bedside. 3 from the 50% Christmas sale and 6 from amazon the other week at full price. I'll have enough to last me a few years. Maybe a decade if the unit holds up and I use the headband every other day instead of daily

I like the idea of using the headband every other day instead of daily.

Also, I don't wash my head bands in a mild soap and water. I wipe them down with those alcohol wipes made to clean glasses (use them for my glasses too), especially the sensor pads - the last longer this way and don't take FOR-EV-AR to dry.
