Seek out some workers and friend them on facebook. Give us all the scope.

Zeo has gone out of business.

BBB: http://www.bbb.org/boston/business-revi ... -ma-118865

I also talked with Trident Capital, a venture funding investor in the company, to confirm.

It's unfortunate. I enjoyed my Zeo and the web functionality.

I wonder how long the site (zeo sleep coach) will stay up. I'm going to try to get the off line version set up tonight. :-/ hope it still works too.

What a shame. Zeo is a good product.

I can't find the software. I hope there is some place else we can get it.
I hope the site is open this evening, when I'm at home.

I wonder whats going to happen to the mobile users? Does any data save offline or is it all on the servers?

Jay Aitchsee has a link. Wait for him to come around since I lost the link location.

Here you go - don't know if it will still work or not, but definitely can't hurt to try:

http://zeodecoderview.sourceforge.net/

I always download/print to pdf all my zeo data. I checked the site a few minutes ago - seems to be alive and well. Coaching hasn't worked for a while, now, but everything else seems to be functional for the time being.

Thank you. I'll give this a shot tonight.
My employers are ok about stuff that's not up in their face, but no sense pushing it.

Here's a link to the thread that talks about the decoder: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=72950&st=0&sk=t&sd=a#p670478
So far, it looks like the site still works as far as uploading and downloading data. The information contained in the blog, FAQ, and forums is still available too, but posting to the forums has been suspended. Apparently, from comments, the sleep coach is not working, but then I haven't tried it again, so I don't know.
My guess is one of the home sleep test companies made them an offer they couldn't refuse.

Killing the product because it competes with their interest or bringing out something else?

If someone could leak out the source code, I'm sure there are lots of computer programming experts here that could jury-rig a site. Public domain is the best solution for long term I think. I'd donate to that for sure. As for the replacement sensors, that is a more difficult problem

Anymore information on Zeo? I purchased a zeo mobile before I read this and think I should probably return it if this is the case. Are they officially done?

Amazon.com seems to be their supplier now. They have everything that you should need. Now there is no chat tech support. But the web site seems to get updated. Best buy has the units but not headbands.
I tried to contact them about a bad headband but no reply by e mail or their phone. I also tried through Amazon.com which goes directly to them but no answer.

The following sounds pretty definite. The BBB does have an alert on the company stating it has gone out of business. Most of the principals I could find on LinkedIn indicate thier relationship with Zeo ended last December. Amazon seems to have very limited stock remaining, 2 mobile units at last check. Zeo's European distributor, Intus Healthcare, indicates they are out of stock and have no ETA for new stock. However, somebody is keeping the site operational. I was able to both upload and download from the site this AM.
