I would imagine it's where you would put your oxygen tube if you were using oxygen.

I don't use oxygen (port) for my therapy either, but that is correct.

Mine didn't come with the 360 degree swivel adapter but my hose hooks up to it without the adapter.

WOW! I just got this without having to get a new Rx from my PCP for$48...
I woke up this morning and asked The Lord for this but with the caveat that I wasn't going to pay $128 cash price, and a bit later got this post as message! So WOW! I'm jazzed!

I have worn this mask in a large for years. When Respironics came out with the x-large, the mask was even better. The x-large spoiled me! I'll keep looking to see if it comes in the x-large. Thanks for the post!
