I received a Winx machine in Jan 17 .
I tested it in comparison with my resmed airsense 10. As result of the test however I discovered the myAir app.
Once I started using the app to get feedback I was able to improve my use of Cpap dramatically and so I put the Winx unit away intending to send it back. However.... I still have it. Well past the trial date.
The few nights I used it I felt it would have been very helpful . But since I was now happy with Cpap the test did not go on.
I am willing to sell it for $500 including the accessories . I am pretty sure one can get new hoses mouthpieces etc from the mNufacturer .
I think this is a legitimate product and wish the manufacturer well.

Keep a record of your calls (if nothing else) to prove you've tried.

File a dispute with your credit card. You did put it on a credit card right?

Returns not possible, due to nobody at the phone.
Brilliant! (Sarcasm)

You can send a certified letter with a return receipt card on it to the company. They will have to sign for the letter which would make it impossible to deny they received it. The date on your receipt is proof of when you sent the letter. Document your calls in the letter, and keep a photo copy of the letter.

I'd be very interested in this option - sent you a PM - but not sure it has sent properly hasn't made in to my sent items yet.. still in the outbox

If it is in the outbox, it means Hockeyboy hasn't yet read your message.

Doesn't
that speak so highly of the importance of data and managing your own therapy? Don't depend on the medical professionals for much!

---And that was using the MyAir app, a poor third to Sleepyhead or Rescan! Feedback is essential!
It baffles me that cpap machines are ever distributed to patients without data and instructions for its use.
Even more amazing it is that the Winx is being sold without so much as a scrap of evidence
that it will work with a particular patient.

The more they can keep the patients in the dark, the more important they are to the patient (job security). If you don't know better, you will settle for a low-end, non-data machine that maximizes their profit. As for the Winx, a sucker is born every second, and they are determined to take advantage of as many of them as they can.

I checked out their website just now.. it says: "Due to overwhelming demand, we have sold out and are currently not accepting additional Winx orders. Sign up below to be alerted when orders resume."
I would not be surprised if they are basically out of business.

Thanks for that - makes some sense now anyway... But now that the Winx replacement supplies seem limited (or the company in trouble) it may not be such a good idea anyway.

How do I get a new winx system? Posting here with the hope someone know. It works for me and considering the company's recent lack of response, I'm looking to have a back-up in case something goes wrong with my current machine. My email is ryan15523p @ yahoo .com
