I have the bedside unit. My headband is 4 months old and is still working. The unit will tell you when it needs to be changed.

As for SleepyHead and Zeo, if I remember correctly, I uploaded the data from the SD card to the Zeo web site, and then used the Zeo web site to create a CSV file that could be imported into SleepyHead. I would expect the process to work the same way for a mobile user, but I really can't say for sure since I've got the bedside unit.

What I think I remember is that on SleepyHead, on the Daily screen that will show you all of the graphs for the CPAP machine, there are graphs added for CMS and CPAP data if they are available. You might also have to go into Preferences and check a checkbox that adds the graph for sleep stage--I don't remember if it is checked by default or not. But if there's Zeo data on a particular day, the sleep stage graph should show. I like the graphs provided by the Zeo site better for sleep stages, although in theory . . . in theory . . . the SleepHead software lines up your sleep stage and O2 graphs with your CPAP graphs and you can see how events might be related. In my experience, there is an awful lot of noise in the graph and it's difficult to see much of a relationship. Something that also complicates it is that the times on the devices are not synchronized.

I found that the sleep score did correlate somewhat with the quality of the sleep I got, although for me, the most significant variable in my sleep score was simply the number of hours that I slept. I scored higher on weekends and vacation days for sure. I also wore it one night when I had a bad cold. I didn't need the device to tell me I had a rough night, but it was clearly visible in the train wreck of a sleep pattern that the device had recorded. I was messed up!

If you look in my signature, you'll find a sample Sleepyhead report with both oximetry and Zeo data. I really like having the possibility to be able to compare all these important data togeather.

Both. I have the mobile. It is easy to do.

I just bought a refurb Zeo Bedside from the Zeo website. It still has a 1-year warranty so I was okay with getting refurb. I didn't get Mobile because I don't have an Android phone or iThingy and I didn't see any other way to run that one. I really like the idea of getting to see those sleep stats.

I also have a CMS-50F oximeter on the way.

Just bought a very gently used Bedside unit for DH.
This morning, much too early, we learned the alarm was still on.
He kept hitting snooze until I climbed over him to deactivate the alarm (he's retired)
For my trouble, I got a little goose.

Are there any other toys out there for sleep disorder sufferers?

Having all this data is cool. For general health, I'm thinking about adding a PC capable blood pressure monitor. I'll take a reading each day. Also, a PC capable weight scale.

It can be used both between your hands with buildt in electrodes or with 3 sticky electrodes and cables. It can record continously via PC software or take 30 second snapshots to buildt in memory.

It would be fantastic if Jedimark could figure a way to get ECG data into Sleepyhead also

Still, if you plan on recording weight and BP each day, you could also record a 30 second ECG at the same time. It's really good to have a ECG history, if you or anyone close to you should have problem later on.
I got it because my father has a heart condition and I have been able to record arythmias that his doc has made good use of in his treatment.
