I don't think the good members here should tolerate blocks of prose that are written that poorly.

But do what you want.

sometimes re-reading before you post is even better than spell check
alright always better

sometimes reading what others have posted and copying their style is helpful
esp if you have a lot to say

see how white space helps the readers follow along?

developing your own writing style does not always work

if you have thin skin this prob isnt the place for you

Hey Guest,

Nice capitalization and punctuation. Been writing more than texts for very long? Anonymity is a real strong motivator to be crass and rude. Step up to the plate and give more than your arrogant, mean spirited responses and be a benefit to the forum; quit feeding your own head with delusions of wisdom, superiority and grandeur!

Not everyone with writing skill has much to say, and vice-versa.

Since it looks like we've scared the OP away, or even worse hurt their feelings, can we just end this and let it go?

Java wrote:Please note CPAP101 only has 2 posts to this forum, so I assume it's a new member. It's not a very friendly way to welcome someone by bashing their grammar and writing skills. If you don't have the tolerance to read the post, then just move on and don't reply. As Thumper's father said in the 1942 film classic, Bambi, ""If you can't say somethin' nice, don't say nothin' at all."
Well said Java. I couldn't agree more.

PS - Sorry Java, I didn't see your last post before posting.

+1

Since when is grammer and speeling the important factor in a CPAP forum?

I hope the OP realizes this is an internet forum and you git what you git.

Um... OP thanks for your thoughts and suggestions.

To those of you complaining about this post... Mostly members who have been here a long time- you are all being ridiculous. I am a newbie and I read every single word of this post. I feel encouraged and empowered by the words CPAP101 wrote. Just because CPAP101 is new to posting here, does not mean that they shouldn't post to help others (like me) from their experience. If you don't like how someone writes, then don't read it, but please keep your rude remarks out of the replies. I am looking for helpful replies to this post, not harmful ones.

Thank you, CPAP101 for taking the time to write such an informative post, which I appreciate, ane i am sure other newbies like me will as well.

Also, the term CPAK made complete sense to me... I took it to mean the CPAP Pack, as in everything that comes along with your machine when you first start using one.

There is a lot of worthwhile information and advice in the original post. I spent a few minutes copying the post into Word and doing a spelling and grammer check to make it easier to read. Everybody who refused to read it, try it. I did not copy the edited post back here because it is not my post.
Thanks for the post, CPAP101

Maybe English isn't his native language. There are a lot of people who live in the US that fall into that category or maybe he lives in another country. He made some good points so cut the person some slack and don't be so critical of everything.
