Have you experienced improvements in energy, mood or other areas after going on the CPAP?
Energy = yes / Mood = no
(but that's a whole other story with what I've been going through...) / Daytime Tiredness = yes and cured for the most part / Insomnia = yes and cured for the most part.

That's great on the improved energy, reduced daytime tiredness & insomnia, but sucks about the mood. Sorry to hear that.
Glad to hear that someone with a high RDI and low AHI can benefit significantly from CPAP though. So far my first two days on CPAP have been really different from the past 15+ years - in a good way. So far so good. And after reading a bunch of threads in the forum I feel lucky that it's not been super hard for me to get used to the mask so far... *fingers crossed*

Sleepyhead can calculate RDI in stead of AHI, but this is for PRS1 machines only as the other machines don't report RERA's. Go to file-Preferences and click on the CPAP tab to enable it.
My AHI for today is 0.63 and my RDI is 2.11

Thanks for the tip!
