When did you get the machine and when did you quit using it?
That total is just about what 110 nights would be with 8 hours of use. Not quite 4 months.

I got it around the beginning of the year and only used it a month and a half when I stopped. About that. Give or take few weeks. Don't quite remember the exact dates

You can use SleepyHead and the SD card and get a report that shows all the days used and hours used.
Encore would give you the same but Sleepyhead is smaller, faster and easier to use.

If it was brand new when you got it then the hours showing on the machine should match with the software data.

It's showing 102 sessions greater than 4 hours....that's 102 nights/days right there.

If you didn't use it? Maybe it was used prior to your getting it but normally the supplier will reset the therapy hours to zero and only the machine hours are left unchanged (can't change those).

I just checked mine and it shows 835 hours which is about right for me...used it last late Oct till mid Feb this year then I started playing with a VPAP from ResMed.

Still 800 hours is nothing with these machines.

That picture is pretty conclusive. Maybe you got a used machine and the DME didn't tell you.

Is there no way you got 100 nights usage?

I just really doubt it that's why I wanted to know for sure I barely used the new thing. And now I'm curious about the dme misinforming me and selling a used product. I paid cash for the thing and it was rather expensive
