You have a gift. I thought you did great job of explaining the situation - maybe you should get together with RG and author a book too!

Selena, everyone's contributions are so important to this forum and you put forth valued points to be considered. Thanks for jumping in and helping someone out. - I, on the other hand, should take more time to help others as I have received so much more assistance from fellow members than I have given. Now I went and embarrassed myself!

I am at 23 breathing in and 20 out. Anything under that is whimpy.

pressure level of 140/90 mmHg or higher is considered high
