No, it's a one time thing to form the mouthguard to your teeth. Some kind of one time thermal plastic. You can overheat it and wreck it if you leave it in the water for more than 30 seconds though.

Thanks, I wonder if I should wear my uppers or take them out when doing this process?

Are you going to wear them at night when you sleep with it in? If so then yes, otherwise maybe not.

I'm not sure yet. I haven't been wearing them at night but starting to think I probably should be to try to avert mouth leakages as another method. I really dislike the thoughts of wearing them at night as I like in the evenings once home and nowhere to go of taking them out for their nightly soak in the "Denture bath" and also the pain in the ass polygrip paste I can be rid of for some hours...

A family member has the CPAP-PRO appliance/mask; he had to re-mold the boil&bite WITH his fake tooth in,
as the gum below it was too sensitive to be in contact with the plastic.
