Not for me. The adult size is too big for my mouth and the youth size is just a bit too small. I have two of each size that I'll be glad to give to anyone who wants to try them (all brand new, never used). Just pm me if you're interested and I'll mail them out. The two adult mouthguards come with a hard plastic protective case.

I got it but I've been reluctant to try it yet and not sure how well I would fair now that I'm using a FFM. It would seem too claustrophobic. Maybe one of my nights with the nasal mask or pillows, I will give it a whirl.

I got one of the mouth guards at Sears. It was $4.99 but no shipping.

I received one today. Do they have to be fitted by soaking in hot water. No instructions in package.

First you may need to trim the length to fit your mouth. Then, yes, boil some water and when it is boiling hard, remove from heat, suspend mouthguard (don't let it rest on the bottom of the pan) in the hot water for 25-30 seconds, remove and allow to cool a few seconds, when it is cool enough to touch place in mouth, close jaws ( bite into it) and using fingers, tongue, and suck against it like sucking a lemon, form it to your teeth and gums while it cools. remove from mouth rinse under cold water, trim and smooth any areas that are irritating your gums and you are ready.
