How did that go? Was the wall there?

TTL, no "2 o'clock wall". I did feel a little tired late yesterday afternoon, but I always feel tired in the late afternoon. The good news is that I felt good enough to go play volleyball last night. We played 8-9 games. I got home around 11:30pm and went to bed around midnight. Slept from around 12:30am til around 5:15am -- straight through. That's the first time, in a long time I've slept more than 4 hours without waking up. AWESOME!

The bridge of my nose is slightly sore this morning. And, after hitting the cardiac rehab workout this morning, I'm a bit tired now. But, it's not exhaustion like many days. So far, I'm happy with how things are going. BTW, I used the ResMed Gecko on my nose last night. It helped the leak situation and comfort for the sides of the bridge of my nose.

Bring on the weekend!

Normal tired is fine. CPAP isn't a magical energy device after all - it just returns you to normal.

I bought the one you highlighted. I've been on Auto-CPAP for 63 days now, and have had SnuggleHose Cover for about 40 days. I find it very useful for reducing/basically eliminating the noise the hose makes when it rubs up against my headboard. Other hose covers look thicker and more insulating, but I think there is a tradeoff in that they will likely increase the weight of the hose more too. The cost on this one is pretty easy. I'd start with it, and then, if you prefer something heavier, you can order a heavier one. If it turns out that I need a heavier hose, I'll still keep the lighter hose for summer months.

As to the memory foam pillow, I've just switched away from mine. I stayed at a hotel with a regular poly fiberfill pillow this past weekend, and found that I felt less pressure on my face and head from my headgear with the normal pillow than with my Tempur-pedic memory foam pillow. I did go out and buy two new pillows that are considered extra firm, but they are certainly less firm than the memory foam pillow.
