This is an interesting discussion. I know that it is common to hold your breath just before and during climax. This is a natural not a conscious action. This seems to help push you over the top in my experience. Now, what would your CPAP do under this condition. Probably set off a no breathing alarm and ruin the moment. I think sex and CPAP are things that should be done separately.

Despite the humour attached I think it would go over very well within the BDSM community, as well certain factions within the LBGT one as well. Perhaps Bears, Leather crowd, etc.
If it hasn't already been done for i would suspect that CPAP might be big in the "Bear" community........cant say I have checked it out on BearGuide.net but I actually believe that would go over well........

Unfortunately my hubbies family moved out of the manufacturing community into shopping malls OR i would have considered your idea but i don't have time but if it hasn't already been done, i bet there is a market there, although, off the top of my head without further checks, whether it would be really viable or just a small humorous faction would remain to be seen.

If it hasn't been done........for someone with time it really would be worth looking into...
