Great job man! I know everyone's different, but I'm curious to know what your settings ended up being on the Phillips machine. I'm currently running mine in APAP mode and only have a few centrals each night now. Everything of an obstructive nature is pretty much handled. Prior on ASV mode my centrals were handled, but I had residual hypopneas... of which I never had issue with before. Weird.

Keep up the good nights!

Right now I am running the unit basically in titration mode. min epap=4.0 max epap=15.0 min pressure support=0.0 max pressure support=20.0 max pressure=25.0 backup rate= auto. I spoke with my RT and he said with the numbers that I am getting for AHI, just to leave the machine alone for right now. If there comes a time it needs to change for whatever reason we can handle it then.

Things are going to heck in a hand basket. Last night my AHI was 0.5. LOL Still no centrals or obstructive apneas. I wish I could take these reports and shove them down the doctors throats.

That's excellent! Would you believe I had MY lowest night Ever last night? 0.93. On the S9 auto set!!! Tried the new Pilairo mask... LOVED it... a bit tight, so I switched back to the Aloha in the middle of the night, til I can figure out a strap adjustment method. No idea, what could have accounted for the low AHI just yet, but hopefully it's the start of a great pattern... keep up the good nights!

Glad you are getting better sleep. Depending on how sleep deprived you were, it might be a few months before you return to normal vigor. But the good news is that ... irregardless of your doctors ... you assumed responsibility for your own health and are well on your way toward improving it. Keep up the good work!
