Afterwards, maybe 1 or 2, but no drops below about 94%. I've got some graphs I might upload with that info.
I'd love to see them.
The NPSG desaturation(s) above are atypical (ya
THINK?) of OSA.
If it isn't a PFO (BTW, PFOs in OSA patients are
frequent) then it could be poor signal quality that should have been addressed at the time of acquisition.
PFO is actually the measurement from the little O2 looking cannula in your nose in both a PSG and EEG, the CPAP mask takes the place of the reading.

Not even. PFO is "patent foramen ovale":

Here are two summary strip charts from a CMS-50E. I recorded about 6 weeks of data prior to my sleep study and subsequent acquisition of an auto-CPAP machine. I've recorded about 5 nights since.
The "before" strip is a pretty typical example.
So is the "after" strip.

Given your data, it would appear more likely that the baseline drop during NPSG was due to equipment issues (inadequate sensor signal, reduced circulation from sleeping on arm, etc.):
At any rate, I would have expected the technician to intervene to attempt to improve signal quality.
