First, let's look at it in Encore Basic with the "leak to report" set at Unintentional Leaks:

If we set "leak to report" to Total Leaks in Encore Basic, we get an almost flat (a "fuzzy" flat) line right around 20 L/min, which is the expected leak rate for my min EPAP=4 setting.
Looking at my report, it shows Total Leaks. How do I switch it to show Unintentional Leaks?

I got to this report via:

1) Choosing Patient (me)
2) Choosing History Tab
3) Choosing Compliance download (and clicking on Detail, then choosing one day) It is on the 4th page of the report.

I had just washed my mask and headgear, and so this night was rough as I had to re-adjust all the velcro straps, and had a bit more leakage than typical, although the numbers here are showing about 31, and typical is only about 28. This with a TrueBlue Nasal Mask with pressure between 10-12, which is pretty comfortable, but the fine line between leaks when I flip over, or having the mask very tight is thin one.

Thanks.

John

In EncoreBasic...click on Utilities..top right next to Help and then click on Settings.
Settings page will open...lower left...Edit..click on Edit..then you will get a page where you can change the leak to unintentional...be sure and save the changes.
