Thanks, Liz! He is a cute little boy! I love him SO much.
BTW, Pugsy emailed me a link, URL identical to Uncle Bob's, that worked. File size was slightly different though. How can that be? Oh well. I'm up and running!

You probably got a bad download, that happens sometimes. Download it again and try with the new download and install as administrator.

I tried four times with Uncle Bob's link and ran as admin. Only the link from Pugsy worked. Strange.

I can't get this version to recognize that I have an SD card in the computer. Tried it on my husband's computer and it saw the SD card once, but not again.

Is this download designed for use of a professional and it is ok for us to download it. I am confused. I put my card into my computer and it downloaded something that I assume is not my graph readings. Do I use this ResMed download to be able to acquire my readings. I am new to all of this so please forgive my ignorance I sure appreciate all your help.

Your profile shows an image of the F & P Icon machine. ResScan is only for Resmed machines.
If you have a Fisher & Paykel Icon ResScan won't help you.
There is a software that does work with the full data Icons. Infosmart.

Thanks for your input. How do I use this to check my readings or can I. It appears that it can be used to send information to provider. My provider said I could come in anytime and she would give me a copy. Maybe that is what I need to do...???

I sent you a private message about where you can find Infosmart.
I am not much help with using it though because I don't have any experience with it. There are a few forum members here who have the Icon and who have the software but not many.

Those wanting ResScan I forgot to give the link for the video tutorial.
http://montfordhouse.com/cpap/resscan_tutorial/
There is also a clinician manual for using ResScan included in the download.
Instead of using the icon to start ResScan...use your Start Menu/All Programs/ResMed/Rescan Clinician Manual
