I do not know what old post I am supposed to be resurecting. Until I read these posts starting a few days ago I did not know of anyone using a dental device like snorban to help eliminate snorban. It interests me to find out that other people have had good results with various devices. It looks to me that more research should be done to find the best device and to make this a mainstream method of treatment. I do not know if snorban is the best device but it works for me. I do not think that it has anything to do with positioning the tongue but I cannot be sure. I am willing to try any device if it will do a better job controlling my apenea. I hope that you do not make the mistake of thinking that I am a salesman and not consider the content.

Boil and bite worked for me and I think its great, until recently I had used one for about 9 months. I now dont need it, I seem to have trained myself to keep my mouth closed (doesnt seem to work in the daytime though).
There is a down side however, after prolonged use it can give you gum problems especially if it fits too well.

hi i am trying to use maskless CPAP & find that i need something to protect my lower teeth.
would this sort of method work for that?

someone mentioned tape? i'm new, don't know about tape - what sort of tape can you use & where do you get it?
