For me I try to get about 7-8 hours but it depends on what is going on in life. I am usually up about 5:15 every day. I try to get more sleep but then I am going to bed earlier not sleeping later.

I try to keep it at 6 or less, otherwise my eyes swell up like a puffer fish. Sad side effect of Pap!

I sleep weird. From maybe 10 to 2. Read two hours. Then four to seven. And a 1 hour nap after lunch.
Must amount to 8 hours total.
Im bad tho, sometimes i dont hose up for the nap. I also have to backpack up for stomach sleeping. Sometimes (as we all know) we get tired of
it and just crash. Usually pay the price)

I feel my best with at least a good solid 8 hours. If I get 7 good hours of sleep I am ok too. It really depends on how well I sleep and if my mask leaked a lot during the night. If I have a night where my mask had significant leaks and my ahi was a little higher than normal it affects me.Also three and higher I feel kind of crappy. I need my ahi pretty low between a one and 2 is good for me.

Most of the days of a week it is between 7 and 8. For some reason I don't understand some times in the week I wake up tired and it could be 9hrs the following night.
I can say that it happens most likely when I go to bed very late, so a good sleep hygiene is something to consider and to make an effort to keep. My bad As today

I seem to need a minimum of 8 hours. Anything less leaves me feeling pretty awful. I suffer from sleep fragmentation and tend to medicate myself later in the sleep cycle to ensure i get the right amount of sleep.
What's interesting to me is how one or two hours can make ALL the difference between a great energized day and potentially feeling like roadkill. It's a work in progress ...

according to SleepyHead, average is 5.57 but last night was a doozy-45mins.
went to urgent care next day and, as I thought, I am ill again. sinus issues which explains why I had to remove mask. Slept in 30-45min increments that whole night.

5-14 hours. Sometimes I get so tired I sleep about 70% of the day.

Sometimes it is just as important to wake from the correct sleep stage.
Waking from deep sleep is so jarring that a lot of sleep can feel like much less sleep.
The alarm on the Zeo can be set to awaken one from lighter sleep, for less trauma.
Too bad it's no longer supported.

I used to be happy getting 8 hours and felt great. lately I have been sleeping up to 12 hours and wake up tired. I just completed a new sleep study and waiting on the results.

I'm actually happy to say I'm getting 5-6 hours of sleep a night, though not continuous. That's much better than I used to get before lowering my stress level and starting CPAP therapy.
