Yes. I've always thought it's a horrid solution to the problem. But, it is a solution. Been on it since 2003. Wish I'd been diagnosed a couple decades earlier. At least the machines don't sound like vacuum cleaners anymore. Keep with it. Pretty soon it will become second nature.

I love CPAP. I feel so much better than I did before getting on it. At first I did have some "I feel like an invalid", I'm only 51. I got over it though.

It helps that I pretend I'm in a spaceship hurdling toward Alpha-Centuari. Makes sleeping with a mask almost fun.
