Ahhh, but MaryZ, "I" am the spiteful type. Yes, I would switch DME providers, etc. - BUT - I WOULD contact my state medical board about this current DME provider and their shoddy service and practicies. MOST DEFINITELY! The complaint may be investigated and acted upon too late to provide me any immedicate relief - BUT - the satisfaction of causing this provider some grief would cause me so much pleasure ..... ahhhhh.

Plus you will be doing a service for those who come after you who have to deal with this DME!
