Resister, in light of the fact that this was one very short episode of PB in literally months of CPAP therapy, you don't need to worry about it.

If you're a natural worrier, then tuck it away in the back of your mind somewhere. In looking at your nightly data, you can become worried about PB if you start to see it on a rather frequent and regular basis---as in some PB every few days; or if you have a night where the machine flags PB for a half an hour or more; or if you are diagnosed with heart disease. But until one of those things happens, don't waste your time worrying about it.

Thanks, everyone! I will do just that--tuck it away. Since I'm a hypochondriac, my natural inclination is to panic
