My insurance forbids such a thing, so make sure yours allows this.

Keep in mind, no matter who you choose, they will want a copy of your sleep study AND your prescription. It sounds as if maybe your doc is a Primary and may not be familiar with the info which is required on one. For cpap it will need one pressure, for an auto pap it will need a min. & max. pressure.

Neither is a big deal as YOU can learn how to set the pressures for your needs, right here on the BEST forum on the planet.

Two thumbs up for SleepQuest. After hearing my coworkers' horror stories with Apria when I first got diagnosed, SleepQuest is the complete opposite -- almost bend-over-backwards helpful.
