Sorry for taking my sweet time replying -- go into Reader, and click "subscribe." In the box, put
http://wiredapneic.blogspot.com for the URL. All blogspot blog URLs point to their RSS feeds, so that's all you need.

I put up a blog post on my "Button Box", a means to collect data about myself during the day, such as how I feel, my response times, what I dose myself with (from coffee to Excedrin), etc. This data is timestamped and put into my sleep database for analysis later. This is crude, a concept application that connects to our data analysis system and has lots of room for improvement and I will likely add more as I go along...

Thanks, Maxie. Very interesting. I should research that further, then maybe try some experiments.

Does the Zeo Sleep Score mean anything, really? The answer seems to be yes...
