The head face mask only has a number on it. 1004950 no name.
The software option has me confused. No Idea how to answer.
Look under "M Series" on the CPAP machine list. Respironics equipment labeling is problematical.

Is your mask a ComfortFull 2? https://www.cpap.com/productpage/comfor ... dgear.html

The software option is for people who have gotten software to read the data from their CPAP machine. You probably don't have any.

The M series filters can easily fall out. Sometimes you can even blow them out if you cough or sneeze into the mask. Maybe you had the filter in at one time and it fell out.

If your valve is flapping like that, it sound like your machine is probably not delivering enough pressure. Try lifting up the edge of your mask a little with your finger to let a little air leak out around your finger and see if there is always pressure in your mask whether you inhale or exhale. You should have air leaking out around your finger all the time. If you disconnect your hose from the mask, is there air blowing out?

Google search indicates it is a Respironics ComfortFull 2 Mask.

My mask makes a clicking noise if I try to wear it and breath during cool down ergo very low air flow. The anti asphyxia valve slaps shut/open/shut/...
