I located the "Diagnostic Reports" folder and it is empty.
Try also:
/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/
as opposed to:
~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/

If you have not been able to update to 0.9.2 from within SleepyHead, delete the following files and folders:
all instances of the SleepyHead program on your computer
the SleepyHeadData and SleepApp folders
~/Library/Preferences/com.jedimark.SleepyHead.plist
~/Library/Preferences/com.jedimark.SleepyHead.plist.lockfile
~/Library/Preferences/com.yourcompany.SleepyHead.plist
~/Library/Preferences/com.yourcompany.SleepyHead.plist.lockfile
~/Library/Caches/com.yourcompany.SleepyHead
~/Library/Saved Application State/com.yourcompany.SleepyHead.savedState
It might also be a good idea to get EasyFind from the Apple App Store (free), search for any other files and folders with "SleepyHead" in their names, and delete those, too.
AFTER YOU HAVE DELETED ALL THE FILES AND FOLDERS LISTED ABOVE, download the full DMG package for 0.9.2 from SourceForge, available here:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/sleepy ... %20Builds/
Double-click on the DMG file, double-click on the volume created on your Desktop, double-click on the full package installer, install SleepyHead in the default /Applications folder, start SleepyHead, create a new profile, close and restart SleepyHead, and import your data from backup.

Jimbo, I really appreciate the detailed help.
I was able to do all of the steps you listed, including using EasyFind to delete all previous SleepyHead files and folders. New profile, close and restart, and verify that I do indeed have version 0.9.2-1.
But then, shortly after starting to import data, I still get the "SleepyHead unexpectedly quit" message!
I tried the chip in the "write-protected" mode but had no luck.
It's kind of puzzling because my old version worked fine...

A new version of the full 0.9.2 DMG file has been uploaded to SourceForge. Therefore, please follow the instructions above to delete everything and then download the new DMG, reinstall 0.9.2 from scratch, create a new profile, and reimport your data.

But, near the end of the progress bar, SleepyHead again unexpectedly quits.
I had this problem with an earlier version of SleepyHead but other people reported that they had no problem. I deduced that there was something about the configuration of my Mac that created the problem. It can be very frustrating but I waited until there was an updated version that seemed to work fine. The software is barely in Beta and Jimbo and JediMark are working hard to perfect it - stick with it, it's worth it!!!

Mark is doing all the programming and bug smashing. I am only helping in small ways by making Mac builds available, testing, reporting bugs, etc. Mark is doing all the really hard work.

Jimbo,
I just did a clean install of SleepyHead 0.9.2-beta on my Mac. (Wiped out all the old SH's before installing this time.) The installation went fine and it went to the Applications directory as you want it to go.
My PR data has to be imported in stages (long story and nothing to do with SH). The first two back up folders imported just fine. The third one caused SH to crash the first time I tried to import it. The second time, it imported without crashing SH. Notably, it's this third back=up folder of PR data files that has the handful of days where SH-0.9.2 reports each incident twice and so the resulting AHI is twice as high as it should be.
Also I note that on the mac I'm still seeing two leak lines---one for total leaks and one for "leaks". Doesn't bother me at all, but it does work different than 0.9.2 does on my EeePC. Actually having that second leak line will be useful for me for helping JediMark figure out what he wants to do concerning the "Leak" data for APAPs and BiPAPs. Do you know what algorithm the mac code is using for determining "Leak"?
Off to ski!

What is the operating system on your computer? You mention ResScan and ResScan is a Windows based product and on a Mac need Windows based environment.

Sorry Pugsy, didn't mean to confuse the issue, I was just commenting on how nice SleepyHead software is to use. As you guessed I have Windows 7.
I was just eager to say I enjoy the software and my new S9 Autoset and didn't notice until I posted that this was referring to Macs

I suspected you had Windows. If you haven't found the other SH thread for Windows and found out that Vista and Win 7 users need to open SH with "Run as administrator" then I will mention it now. Auto updater will fail until you run SH as "administrator". I had it happen to me. I opted to uninstall SH and reinstall using "run as administrator" from the install and I found that the auto update then will work just fine with no need to do it manually.

Thanks for the tip Pugsy, I didn't have time to look for the other SH thread for Windows. I did "Run as administrator" and had updated easily.
Thanks again

Most definitely a Mark question.

UNBELIEVABLE!
I posted in this thread about my inability to download data into 0.9.2 just a few days ago. After trying several things, unsuccessfully, I was resigned to wait a while until bugs got worked out. Just for fun I repeated the steps I took a few days ago, and VOILA, I am now back in the SleepyHead saddle!
Many, many thanks to JediMark for the tons of work he must do with this project. I am so impressed with the charts and graphs...now I am making it my mission to learn what they all mean!
THANKS AGAIN TO ALL WHO CONTRIBUTE, IT IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

Just sharing a tip from someone else that helped me (a fellow mac user): if 0.9.2 is crashing on data import for you, try going to preferences/general and unchecking the check box next to "enable multithreading". This fixed my crash - hopefully it will help others.
Cheers,
Roger

roger, what does it mean to "enable multithreading"?
I'm no longer crashing, so I will probably leave well enough alone...
