OK, guys, hey I was only kidding. Besides my dear wife came up with a much more interesting solution for something to keep my mouth occupied...and there will be NO pictures.

Well, a pacifier works and has worked for me completely. My score, for mouth breathing, went from 13 out of 20 to 20 after using the pacifier. In fact, I just had a molar pulled (first tooth pulled in my life) and decided not to sleep with the pacifier as any kind of sucking can dislodge the blood clot resulting in a dry socket (with all the pain that entails) and my score immediately went back to 13.
I use an adult sized silicone orthodontic pacifier and it fits like a glove. I have to admit, though, that even if it claims to be orthodontic I know there's a small amount of upper front teeth movement as my uppers no longer bang against my lowers and I can feel the slight change with my tongue. Personally, I don't mind as the deeper sleep is totally worth it to me no matter what.
