I chose weighted average too mainly because Mark prefers it! Now all I have to do is try to interpret it? I wonder what would come up if I googled "language for geeks"??

I think there needs to be a step to recalculate the data when you change the option from total to unintentional. Right now, switching from one to the other seems to leave you with at least some of the data still displayed the old way.

I do like the daily display with both intentional and total leak displayed. Please leave that as an option.

I tinkered with this a bit, finally ended up getting it to go both ways by creating a new user. I think it still needs a little fiddling to make the switch from one mode to the other work properly.

That drop-down in preferences currently has no effect.. It may even be removed. Maybe a checkbox for those who want to see Total Leaks in overview. (overlaying that would look like a dogs breakfast)

There will be no need to recalculate the data after the initial recalculation in the next build, as there are separate channels for Total Leak and Leak information.

Maybe a option to recalculate using a more accurate mask profile for days following the Mask start date.. (all days before this date would be calculated during import with a slightly less accurate per session leak profile)

Intellipap machines also have Total Leak information available.

I much prefer seeing both lines there too.

But what about overview? (I can't really merge the two together as it's far too busy)

I like the dual display on the daily. I agree, they shouldn't be merged on the overview.

By the way, does it look like F&P machines with the USB smartstick can be made to work?

Yes on the F&P.. I finally have my hands on some Icon data.. I've just got to sit down and start hacking away at it. It looks well structured, which is what's important..

I'm trying to get some of the other issues out of the way before I start on it... Especially that unintentional leak thing on PRS1..
Plus there's a few Mac behavioural problems that need sorting out..

That particular box is 32-bit, that its processor is a Core Duo, not a Core 2 Duo, gives it away (32-bit, dual-core laptop processor). It's an early Intel Mac. Apple's first generation of Intel boxes was full of 32-bit MacBooks and iMacs.

Jimbo's builds are made for newer Core 2 64bit macs, with Cocoa libs..

SleepyHead can be built for 32bit Carbon macs, but an older version of QtSDK is required that works on these machines.

I'm afraid I can't be of much further help with this, as I don't have access to any apple hardware. :/

I have one of that machine's contemporaries in my apartment, sitting in a box. It can't run Snow Leopard, though, unless I get around to upgrading its RAM. If I free up some space, I can see if I can coax my laptop config, or my iMac, into generating binaries that will work (and yes, that would include a custom build of Qt).

I'm not sure if Qt 4.7.4 will work ok with Carbon, but it's still regularly tested with SleepyHead.. I know they dropped Carbon in 4.8.0 series..

There was a list of pre-packaged QtSDK builds which included Carbon macs, that might save you some time... Compiling Qt on a non-rocket machine is a rather un-joyous experience..

4.6 should work, but I haven't done a build test in a while, so I've probably snuck a few >=4.7 naughties in since the last test. (I did backport a whole heap of time functions to make it work with older Qt)

I opted for weighted average and clicked on ok and restarted, but it still went back to median. I did this several times and still didn't take. Why is this and did I do it wrong? Thanks
