That may be a residual problem left over from the transition from 0.9.0 to 0.9.1.
Except that on my EeePC, I went from 0.8.* to 0.9.1. And problem was there as soon as I imported the data into 0.9.1
On the Mac, the problem occurred with my first installation of 0.9. Of course that wasn't a completely clean install.
I experienced the same thing until I deleted my SleepyHeadData folder and subsequently used 0.9.1 to create a fresh profile and reimport all my data from my backup (NOT from the SH backup!). Something to do with the original compression scheme leaving duplicate .edf and .edf.gz files, for which the only solution was to wipe out all data and rebuild from scratch with 0.9.1 or 0.9.2. (Mea culpa; I jumped the gun with a premature release - dirty minds! - of 0.9.0.) It would be useful to know whether using 0.9.2 to delete the SleepyHeadData folder, create a fresh profile, and reimport data from a non-SH backup solves the duplicates problem for you. If so, then the bug has already been fixed but the problem appears to persist because the bug left you with messed-up data. If not, then your duplicates problem is not the same one that I had. The best way to determine whether it is the same problem is to test whether the solution that worked for me - i.e. delete the SleepyHead folder, create a fresh profile, and reimport data from a non-SH backup - works for you.
I'll try this on the mac when I get a chance to update it from 0.9.1 to 0.9.2. But as I said earlier, on the EeePC, the problem cropped up in the very first install of 0.9.1 without an existing 0.9.0.
Since it's the exact same days that are being duplicated on both my Mac and my EeePC, would it help to forward the data from my machine and let y'all know what days are being duplicated?

Mine failed to unzip to and I tried 3 times. Went to web site to download and it still list the old version. Where can you manually download the new version?

jedimark,
Thanks for all the math geek stuff. If you'd like, I'd be happy to try to clean up the "poorly described" stuff in the wiki for you.

A final observation: In SH 0.8.* the average, 90%, and max AHI/hour statistics were listed in the left sidebar along with all the other statistics. That row is missing in SH 0.9. Is that a conscious decision on your part or just an omission?
Someone suggested it was confusing for new users.. :-/
I kinda liked it because it indicated the severity of clusters.. (Which I get a lot of)
I think I'll add an option to add it back..
That's exactly why I miss the AHI/hour stats: I too was using it as a shorthand measure of cluster severity. I also find your AHI/hour graph much more useful than the one in ResScan that resets the AHI=0 at the top of every hour---some of my all-time worst clusters on the S9 occurred around the top of the hour and ResScan would reset that AHI back to 0 right in the middle of a cluster.

I won't copy the whole thing but this was in regards to the difference in VS #1 and #2 snores. I can't keep them straight. So sorry...when you have time would you add your explanation to the SH tutorial under construction thread and I will just refer back to it when I am trying to explain the snores...and we can use your explanation in the final tutorial? My math side of my brain goes on vacation when I try to explain the snores. I don't know why I can't keep it straight believe me I have tried. I will continue to try to work on it but it would help me a lot just to use your great explanation.

absolutely.. Please do this..
Can you let me know your TimeZone too.. it might be part of the problem..
It might explain some duplicate sessions some ResMed users are having... (I've previously been pinning this down to a firmware glitch.. there might be more to it.)
I think it's session duplication.. I'm not sure how it's happening, especially for PRS1.. :-/

damn.. Sourceforge is a crappy host..
If you go into your SleepyHead directory under Program Files, there will be a download folder under it.. delete anything you see in there and try gain..

I am not real computer literate..
I selected:
Computer
Local disc (c:)
Program files (x86)
Sleepyhead
There are .dll files, sleepyhead.exe, uns000.dat and a uns000.exe file.
Am I in the right place? I don't see a download folder under it.
Thanks,
Haztek

Hmm.. There should be two folders under there following an upgrade attempt..
Downloads & Backups.
Edit: might be something silly with windows account control stopping it from doing it.. Perhaps try right-click on the icon and "run as administrator" before trying to upgrade?
I'm not so up on windows anymore.. Been using Linux for a long time.. :-/

Interesting.. I've got to learn how to make SleepyHead ask to elevate privileges during upgrade..
In any case.. This is a nifty workaround..

I also could not update until running as Administrator. Using Windows 7 64 bit.
