I found this:

You can apply for a 'key' -- I don't know if it will be the same type of key, but it can't hurt in trying.

I am also in need of the zip files for using the desktop ZEO device. I am currently a fourth year doctoral student at Louisiana Tech University working on my dissertation. For my dissertation, I have been collecting Zeo devices to measure college students sleep quality and compare their sleep data to their performance on a continuous attention task to determine the predictive features of sleep quality for attention. I began to panic when I learned that the website had shut down and had not yet downloaded to files necessary to upload data without the use of the website. This information will keep me from having to revamp my dissertation and start over. If there is any way anyone can forward me those files, I would appreciate it. I don't know if the no share agreement is still valid if the company has shut down.

They went bankrupt, all assets convert to their creditors, including intellectual property.
A last resort would be to contact them, whoever they are.
Also check Medgadget for this:

It is still in Kickstarter, but talk to the Melon people--their headband is not a sleep only device.
The Melon's design may be more attuned to your needs.

slightly O.T.
The Melon looks most promising for CPAP users in tandem, if the headbands of the two devices happen to fit together well simultaneously. The developer is welcoming to the "hacker" community by providing instructions for hacking into Melon. Maybe Mark could coordinate with them to work with his Sleepyhead software...? Right now the lowest available pledge is $99 for a headband in ~Nov 2013 via kickstarter.
Aside:
There are still used Zeo bedsides for auction on ebay, but i do not find any other consumer priced EEG data collection devices out there to buy right now, especially for sleep monitoring.
Below is a list of other EEG devices i found during my www searches:
http://advancedbrainmonitoring.com/sleep-profiler/
http://store.neurosky.com/products/mindwave-1
http://www.interaxon.ca/muse/faq.php
http://www.alpha-active.com/index.html
a newbie to cpap, no hardware yet.

Sounds like an interesting project.
See these two posts for where to find
the firmware that writes unencrypted data and the
software used to view the resulting data along with checksums to make sure you've found the real deal.
Good luck!
