Great, then the study would generalize only to the pervs of the world.

Bill Clinton's contribution to the world was introducing this subject to all the school students of the world.

You mean "not sex"?

Hi SMenasco.

I must respectfully disagree.

From puberty onward, long before I ever heard of Bill Clinton, I knew what fellatio was, and tried to talk any female who looked even remotely willing into giving it to me.

I believe in this matter I represent the average male on this planet since time began.

That may be true. However, you didn't say at what age you were totally aware of the activity. During Monica's service work, I think most elementary and middle school students did not. But Billie fixed that for them.

My girlfriends have little interest in men who only drive one way on a two-way street.

Interestingly enough back in 2008 when I was having my sleep studies...

I was sitting on the edge of the bed while the nurse was hooking me up.
At one point she was on her knees setting up the leg sensors when she
started joking about fellacio.

I suppose my question should have been: "Is that part of the sleep study
procedure?"

Anyways, this thread reminded me of that situation.

Hilarious! A little humor can't hurt; might even help a bit.

On the technical side, would be a hoot to check out the detailed charts if you have the software re. AHI and "leakage", etc. : )

Happy New Year, everybody!

Or, "While you are down there, do me a favor".

I really tried to stay out of this, but just to show you that there are no new ideas, check this link: http://sleep-apnea-solutions.org/qa-wil ... rious.html

Around when I was 13 years old, in 1968. Way before Bill Clinton.

At that time I was going to junior high-school in Port Washington, New York.

My contemporaries already had stashes of pornographic magazines.

At 16 I lost my virginity to a friend of my mothers, who caught me alone in her basement, reading her collection of Henry Miller novels.

She introduced me to a lot of things . . .

and fellatio was one of them.

Of all the things you can pin on good ole' Bill Clinton, this simply isn't one of them.

Hi Paul56,

I'm in the market for a new sleep study.

You wouldn't happen to recall her name, or the name of the sleep lab, by any chance?

This is not a gag question (excuse the pun!).

I’m dead serious.

Will deep throating help a person relax, and/or stretch their throat wider, which I would think in theory would help them reduce their sleep apnea.

What do you think?

Save the rude or joke comments please, I’m absolutely serious with this question.

To the person who called me an idiot…

There was an Austrian study recently that found that people playing the digeridoo decreased their sleep apnea by quite a bit, by conditioning their throat to open up more. Look it up.

So I thought this made sense, as it would be doing pretty much the same thing, perhaps even better.

So if I’m an idiot, then so are those Austrian researchers.

Women of CPAPtalk, would you like to participate in an informal sleep study?

Please PM me if you are interested, discretion is assured.

I wish we could change the title of this thread to "boring thread about sleep apnea" or something. It's not working out for me to keep getting emails in my inbox entitled "fellacio", even if it is spelled wrong.

I think most adults know the meaning of fella*io. Even in fun, is it necessary to vividly outline its meaning on a site that is both respected & frequented by all ages. I sure hope there are not any young teen/preteen sleep apnea children viewing cpaptalk_com. If they read this thread, they will soon come to know the meaning of the word fell.... I "personally" do not feel it necessary to colourfully outline the meaning of the word, in the question or in its responses, in the search to an answer.
This site is helpful to many people, including myself. It's a great source of help for sleep apnea sufferers. The free reign we have here, should not become a bad thing.

No disrepect to the originator, or any of the responders to this thread. It's just my own "personal opinion". I just felt it was important, to myself, to politely write my feelings, in regards to this, here.

I never told her.

What would be the point?

Yeah, the OP misspelled it (I think she confused it with focaccia>italian bread>phallic) and when the admins tried to kill this thread (which they did rather vigorously, at least in the beginning), I decide to C&P the OP's full post in my answer so this thread would make sense.

An admin deleted my post anyway, never PMed me to say why.

I do wonder what made that admin so determined to deep-six this deep-throat thread.

I'm figuring it was the wife, can't say why, just an instinctive guess.

Anyway, I think I'll bounce this over to the folks at binary, see if they think this has any medical merit.

What about you guys?

If someone put some real research into it, do you think they might discover how you can widen the airway and reduce (or cure) some people's OSA?
