I also use the Mirage Quattro. Once you determine what size you should really be... There are some great videos out there that describe the fitting process. I believe ResMed has videos on their web site.
The best advice I can give you on this mask is to adjust the upper and lower straps while laying down with the CPAP off. Don't make them too tight. Then put the dial for the adjustment of the nose/forehead angle all the way out. Turn on CPAP while laying down and tighten until you seal off the leaks. Worked for me and I actually like the Migarge Quattro mask.

No it is too big, it goes up too high and it should end just below your lower lip. If your mouth falls out of the mask it is because of your jaw structure. Add a simple chinstrap (you can use your wifes pantyhose to experiment). I had the same problem but now I use the respcare hybrid and the chin flap keeps things nicely in place.

I agree...it looks way too large. I had mine measured as a large. It leaked all over. I switched to medium and have been a happy camper for 2+ years. The larger the mask, the more problems with leaks.

I had to chime in and say that your mask looks too big, sloweddi. I also noticed you have a beard-how are the leaks?
I love the Quattro, but I take a size small in the Quattro where I usually take a medium in any other mask.
Janknitz has some advice for adjusting the Quattro:

I think I stated before that the picture was taken with a cameras that has a tendency to distort the picture a little with closeups. It was not adjusted properly in the picture, just thrown on. Yes, that is the correct mask for me. It is a large size full face mask. It allows me to breath through my mouth so that I can... breath. They tried the nose mask (the one that stops at my upper lip) with a chin strap. Did not work for me at all.
Since I got the mask adjusted correctly and I am able to sleep on my side with my mouth open, I have had no further problems. and no air leaks.
