You might want to post one of your reports for review at some time so I thought I would explain how we post images here at the forum.
Thank you, Pugsy. I will do that. I know how to capture a screen save, but didn't know how you guys uploaded your pictures. I have heard of Photobucket before, but have never used it. Now I will!!!

Glad to help. We get the "how do we post our reports" question fairly regularly so I composed a little cheat sheet with the screen shot information and then I had to answer "what is a screen shot" or "how do I do a screen shot" later.. so now I just include the whole cheat sheet. It's easier than going back and adding more info.

I have used Photobucket. It is quite easy. In the box with all the addresses for the image you have uploaded...copy the last line which is the IMG address and paste it here . It will have the full address and IMG brackets all done for you, so one quick step. Then use the preview button to see the actual image.
You can get it done with the other addresses but it involves more steps, brackets and inserting stuff. More work.
I am lazy, I do the least work thing whenever I can.

Good luck and let me know if you run into trouble with it.

RESOLVED!

Mitch
FYI, there are three types of data, summary, detail, and high resolution, also called high rate. The card must be in the machine to collect the detail and hi-res data. The card contains up to 365 days of summary data, 30 days of detail data, and 7 days of hi-res data. The flow data is the only hi-res data you will normally see. The summary data is stored in the machine. Do a search using the terms high resolution, detail, S9, and SD card and you'll find several threads where these have been discussed fairly extensively. I'd list some links but I would have to do a search also to find them, and since you're new here and have a lot to learn I figure the search activity will be a whole lot more beneficial for you than me!

I don't think the S8 machines scored flow data. I believe that is new to the S9 along with some of the other differences in data. ResScan can't show it if the machine didn't gather it. I ran into same thing with my M series machines reports and the new Encore software.
Hmmm... I wonder why one of the example patients that came with the software shows flow and other data from an S8. It shows 8 or 9 graphs of detail data. Anyone know for sure?

Edit to add I have found the answer. You have to use the reslink to see the flow on the S8.

That probably explains why I don't remember seeing flow on S8 reports. Not much use of Reslink anymore. It's been a while since that was promoted.

Yoiu need to put a link to one of these "How To's" in your signature Pugsy.

Thanks, I might just do that. Hadn't thought of it. To be honest, I have those instructions saved on notepad in a little folder with my other "canned" reply stuff like the Encore Pro instructions so it really isn't any trouble to go get them and copy/paste it again. A lot quicker than finding that post again in the search. Seems like in front of people is easier to see as people don't look at links often or don't pay attention.. like the guy who thought I was only telling how to do a screen shot and didn't bother to read the rest of the directions in the link that you provided to my instructions. Some people just don't bother to read...like the UncleBob ResScan thread with half of the posts being "Where can I find ResScan?"
Amazes me that people can't seem to bother to read just a little. I know if I stumbled on a 38 page thread about where to find something I would sure read it all to see if someone had posted an answer before I posted a question about same thing again.

I need to figure out how to do the tiny url thing again. I have forgotten as I don't need it often but the signature line limits to 255 characters and with forum links they get used up real quick.
