If you are considering a nasal mask (instead of pillows), Respironics is marketing a fairly new mask called True Blue which has an accordion type cushion which they claim moves with you, especially good for side sleepers.

I haven't tried it but the RT at my DME tried to sell it to me, so I saw it close up.

I haven't tried the " True Blue", but the Activa does the "accordion" thing as well, which I think is part of the reason my DME sent me (side sleeper) home with that as my 2nd mask. I did find it worked well for leaks and stayed on pretty good, but I found the movement of the mask when I'd breathe in and out (I have APAP relief) a little distracting.

When I slept on my back I didn't notice the movement so much, but if the mask was in contact with the pillow, I did.

I did find the accordion style worked pretty well though and I slept with it for about a month, but I'm trying to find something else as the motion did wake me up sometimes.

Looking at the reviews, some people do really like these "live" accordion masks.
