SU, all those pics are w/a 55-255mm lens.
The bigger lens causes you to view the world a bit differently.
Once you get used to it, going from tiny mushrooms to beach landscapes,
pretty much covers it all.

Thanks! everyone. I love taking the pics and sharing them.

......guest, no snake in the basket......
but you did make me look.

I take it you don't want to say what it is, then?

Perhaps it is best to leave it unidentified.

.

So, what's the verdict?

Is that a snake in your basket——or are you just happy to see me?

Very nicely done. Perfect exposures and nice composition. What camera do you use? (I'm a Pentax guy. K-20D.)

Thanks for sharing,
Tony

He declined to say. I can't see it as anything but a snake until I hear what it really is.

Wow, those photographs really are incredible. Thanks for sharing!

Please add me to the list of people curious about the thing in the basket in the first picture. It does look like a snake hiding in there.

How do you know that he wasn't unavoidably detained?

Maybe he got snake-bit.

Tony, thanks! I use a Canon T2i. It's my first dSLR,
so I'm just learning to use it. It has really been fun.

I don't know that I declined to say........
just have not had time to say.......
don't really know what to say........

................the only thing I can see that could be a snake, to me,
is the plastic liner inside the wood basket.

It is interesting to know that each person sees into, around, past and through
the perceived subject. It's refreshing.

Wasn't it Freud who said, "Sometimes a snake is just a snake?"

Oh, I thought he said, "Sometimes a cigar is just a penis" or something like that.
