Hi jay,
I want to thank you for all the time & effort you put into trying to help me with these issues. I greatly appreciated it.
I am at a l.oss. Even after total uninstal & deletion of any folders related to resmed, resscan etc, Running a registry program to straighten out what I may have missed, I still have problems after closly following all your steps.
After reinstall, I am still having issues with the program. IT does work, it just shows the days one day back. Todays readings show up as Nov 4th in the side browser & some reports., yet on the detailed report it shows Nov. 5th.
I sitll get the 3 errors in event viewer, 1 under rescan, 1 under smartcard service & the other under Faulting application name: ResScan.exe.
My Windows 7 reliability history, went form 10 down to 1 becuase of all these errors. I only get a couple of the faulting application, however I get thousands of the smartcard service error and about 15 of the resscan error.
I noticed in device manager, there are 2 options under the driver/reader. There is card type, which says MICU (T=o/T=1) and Card Voltage which says default. Should these be changed?
THe errors only occur after I launch ResScan. WHen I shut down resscan, the reader does not create any errors in event viewer.
I remember having resscan 3.07 in Windows XP 32 bit & never had any issues at all.
Thanks again for your help Jay.
