Every program you install, slows your computer down, I run 54 programs on mine, that I use all the time. So I use Tune-Up Utilites, to keep my computer buzzing along also Window Washer. I used to use AGV Free until it failed me after a year, now I use Avast Free.
I haven't used Norton since my Commodore 64-128 days, it was a hog then and has only gotten worse (my ideas are from X-users of the product and reviews) I am careful about the programs I let on my machines. Jim
