Threshold...where one step either way makes a significant difference. My machine only offers 0.5 increments. I think your machine offers 0.2 increments or at least the older models did. In my case a significant difference in overall AHI AND the fact that when I see those clusters I usually "feel" them as well. Not everyone will notice this but some might. Took me many weeks of data to figure out my threshold. Lots of experiments with minute changes over long periods of time. Couldn't see it with just a handful of reports.

If your AHI always seems predominately central in nature like last night....then I wouldn't increase the minimum at all.
Central of 3.6 and total AHI of 4.4 leaves only 0.8 index being obstructive in nature which is not enough to warrant an increase. Increase in minimum pressure will not help the Central part of your indexes and could possibly make the centrals worse. In fact....it it continues to be like it was last night then I might go down on the minimum pressure just a wee bit to see if the centrals went down.

I wouldn't make any changes yet either right now. Too soon. Those centrals may or may not be true centrals. Either way they won't respond to an increase in minimum pressure and either way not enough to be concerned about right now. When evaluating your data subtract the central component for now and look at the obstructive component. If the obstructive (Apneas and Hyponeas) indexes remain low...no need to worry about the minimum. Certainly no need to increase the minimum. The centrals may settle down on their own. I have nights with 0 centrals and nights with central indexes pointing to 2 to 3 centrals an hour. Probably turn over in bed centrals which aren't the true centrals that we worry about. I have some back pain issues and sometimes do quite a bit of tossing and turning. Now central indexes of 5 or more and hour, every hour, every night....then we might start doing some investigating.

So for now, just do what you have been doing...watching. In time you will see what is normal for you and normal will likely be a range of everything.
