Put a bit of whatever scent you like on a cotton ball, piece of cloth..whatever and place it on your table next to the rear of the machine and the air intake. You can buy some fancy essential oils or just use your own.
A little goes along way with it being so close to air intake.
Many member like these but you can use others.

Yes. But we usually add some material so the silicone or side piece does not touch the skin.
The mask I use Swift FX comes with soft thin covers. Works pretty good but I added these for extra softness.
Easy to make your own if your are handy with a bit of fleece material. I don't sew anymore and I am lazy.

Slightly different one available for the Swift LT

Also these little jewels are quite nice. While I don't have a problem with the silicone touching my nostrils. I added this for rain out prevention and found I like it so much I use it all the time.

Side sleeper here.
Plastics used in masks tend to irritate me.
Cloth mask is wonderful.
Works well with side sleeping too!
Ditto what most everybody else has said -- keep trying masks till you find "yours".

Oh, and welcome -- you've come to a good place populated be a bunch of folks who've "been there, done that".
There's lots of good help and advice here -- and, as usual in life -- some not so good but that's the way it works isn't it?

Yes, this means your prescribed pressure and what the machine will be set for is 10. EPR2 means that when you exhale the pressure will go down 2, to eight. It's called Expiratory Pressure Relief by ResMed. When you inhale the pressure will go back to 10. Thats not a very big difference and you might not notice the change.
