The cord for my CMS-50D plus is white. It's about 5 feet long. The computer end of the cable has a clear plastic tube over a printed label and bar code. The label says "HPG0014 REV A.0". The molded plastic plug on the computer end is slightly larger than most USB cables.

I've wondered why the special cable is necessary. I suspect the oximeter may have a old style RS232 serial interface and the special cable has a converter. It wouldn't surprise me if later pulseox designs do direct USB and don't need the converter cable.

glad you solved that problem, but this program is free and would have told you what folder SPO2review.exe is trying to write to.
Filemon
then again, I'm not sure it works on Windows 7 or 64 bit either.

that SPO2 review program can open up a file which is one days upload. doesnt it allow to print some stats over a period of time for multiple saved files? it seems daft, unless it's me.

edit added or 64 bit

Have you contacted Mark for help? I know that oximetry is one of the things that he wants to improve before going from alpha to beta status.

the data loads into SH - did it yesterday - you have to get it to find that hidden info in the data folder but the report isn't exciting - of course right now I don't have a CPAP that will load data into SH - that will change soon I hope

all I found was the graph of the pulse and O2 information in SH - times were wrong and need to fix that and haven't tried really - summary info available was less than the SPO2 reports - you can expand intervals of time in SH but I wasn't sure all the data was there yet either

I played with a little yesterday morning
