Check the meds that one is taking because there are quite a few of them that impair the absorption of B-12. PPI' s as the above poster mentions. If you are taking metformin that is another. Always read those papers after getting a new med filled. I always check this site too:

My doctor kept hounding me to take B-12 or come in monthly and get a B-12 shot. Also for Vitamin D. I started both and after a month or so I still felt just as crappy as ever. Wishful thinking I guess on my part.

Yea, I found they don't stick very well and fall off easily. My experience with them anyways...

Hi,
I take marmite spread on the multigrains breads which comes with b1,b2,b3 and b12. Marmite is made from NZ Sanitarim that uses non daily ingredient. I feel must better if I take it for breakfast.......if not feel not as great.
Marmite, Promite, Vegemite, many come with vit B.
Anyone trying these or any natural food source?

mckooi... marmite, vegemite, promite... not really available in the US (might be in some import shops).
