BrianinTN, Thanks for your insight about the lower EPAP possibly contributing to hypopneas & apneas in my report, I 'll keep that in mind when I see the Dr. next visit.

Mr. Bill Thanks for the Mask fitting advice. That has probably been the biggest issue I have faced since I started all this. Would go a week with no problems, then all of a sudden wake up leaks all over the place. Ended up ratcheting it down probably too tight at this point, but I'll give your advice a try tonight, thanks.

get the Pad a Cheek mask liner, it's great.

Nice thing about my nasal mask is I just whip it off my head in the morning. Its elastic so its easy to slip back on. So, once having found my ideal tension, I don't mess with it except occasionally.
